At O2 Loft, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Returns are completely free if the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days after the shipping carrier confirms possession of your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@o2loft.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and products must be in resalable condition with original packaging.
For exchanges, we offer one free exchange within 30 days if the product is in its original packaging.
Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on defects and shipping damage, starting from the delivery date.
